Organization & Human Development was established  in 1985 by Richard Oliver Mayer. 

 

Prior to founding OHD, he was employed by a Fortune 100 Company and a government organization as an Organization and Human Development Director.  In those organizations he received both national and local awards for exemplary leading edge work.

 

Today, OHD’s state-of-the-art data collection and information processing services is used a number of leading quality-focused organizations, consultants and individual researchers.

 

Additionally, OHD provides organizational development consulting, training, quality implementation, and executive coaching.
