It starts with a careful organization-wide analysis of the current situation and the future requirements, and employs the techniques of behavioral sciences such as behavior modeling, sensitivity training, quality improvement, application of psychological type, transactional analysis, emotional intelligence, etc. Its objective is to enable the organization in adapting-better to the fast-changing external environment of new markets, regulations, and technologies.
Opinion Research/SurveysOpinion research, often simply referred to as a poll or a survey, is a human research survey of public opinion from a particular sample. Opinion polls are usually designed to represent the opinions of a population by conducting a series of questions and then extrapolating generalities in ratio or within confidence intervals. OHD started national research using a mainframe in the 1970’s. Today we use the latest software to collect data online, but where necessary, collect and process paper surveys.

We have designed the approach to be low cost. Where possible, while maintaining quality, we use freematerials. There are several low cost required books and other recommended books. There are some tests that are free for a brief summary report and cost less than $10 for the detailed report. The detailed reports are highly recommended. We do not sell these materials. They can be orderedonline. In addition we recommend a large leather/imitation leather notebook with a set of dividers. Also, we suggest an acrylic holder to hold a summary of the plan and progress.Our cost to you is this. If someone is on a tight budget and cannot afford the summaries of the online assessment, it can be accomplished without cost by recording their assessment responses using paper and pencil and then working with each of the others they need feedback from. We don’t recommend this - it is difficult. What we charge for the first assessment is $50. This includes the participant and as many others as they chose toprovide feedback - the more people that really know you well the better. For follow-up reports (6 months and an annual report) $35.
